go to the folder where you have the game, and make the game start as administrator.
It told me I was missing a DLL file (D3DCOMPILER_47.DLL).
I had in that same folder a D3DCOMPILER_46.DLL, which I named to D3DCOMPILER_47.DLL and the game runs (I am amazed about this).

Это я форум читал, пытался понять схуяли у меня "Inquisitor - Martyr" не пашет.
И правда совет дельный и все заработало (я честно говоря как-то сомневался). Но чет у меня складывается впечатление что кое кто тут рукожоп.
